Return Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

  • Earrings are final sale. I want you to love your new jewelry items but due to hygiene reasons earrings can not be returned. If your earrings arrive broken, or break within one week of purchase we will replace, them when possible, or refund you the price of the earrings. Please note: we do our best to provide quality earrings. However, because our earrings are made by hand, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections, but we do not send out items that do not meet our high quality of standards.

  • We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed.


Exchange or store credit ONLY will be given (excludes custom orders). Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.


Items that become damaged by normal use, improper storage or aggressive misuse cannot be exchanged/returned. If you have any other issues please contact me right away.
