Return Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
I want you to love your new jewelry items but due to hygiene reasons earrings can not be returned. If you are not completely satisfied with your regular purchase, you must email us within 5 days of receipt for return/exchange instructions. Return item must be received 10 days after return approval and in its' original packaging in perfect, unused condition.
Exchange or credit ONLY will be given (excludes custom orders). Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items that become damaged by normal use, improper storage or aggressive misuse cannot be exchanged/returned. If you have any other issues please contact me right away.
